'All the Luck In the World', a research in finding and losing luck that is assigned to luck symbols

I started off by collecting luck symbols I found on the streets. Have people lost their luck along with their symbols? Did I find it? Where did all the luck go?

Most of these bringers of luck are purchased in shops. So can you buy luck? I create new luck symbols for myself. Will they work for me, despite not having cost any money?
